Business Administration

We’ve just opened a 40-50% position and we’re looking for someone to support our Rocket circle. Help the crew with all our general administrative, financial and organisational efforts.

About the position

We’ve just opened a new part-time position and we’re looking for someone to join us. As a crucial part of our Rocket circle, you help the crew with all our general administrative, financial and organisational efforts. From handling mail to taking care of bookkeeping tasks to organising events, your contribution allows the crew to focus on creating products which matter. The position comes with great flexibility and home office options. If you are studying at a nearby university or looking for a highly flexible part-time job in the area, this is for you!

What we are looking for

  • You live in the area of Bern. Although we mainly work remote, you will need to come to our office from time to time to handle specific tasks.
  • Willingness to work 40 - 50%. Depending on additional roles that you might take on, there’s potential to grow your position organically.
  • Good organisational skills
  • A flair for numbers
  • Ability to communicate well in English and German (orally and in writing)

If you additionally speak French that would be a plus, as we have many clients from the Romandie. No matter where you come from, as long as you have good organisational skills, a flair for numbers and on-point communication skills, you’ll surely fit in.
